Water, the cheapest remedy:

Water is the cheapest and also one of the best remedies for gastritis. All the intestines that make the food travel smoothly, like to remain lubricated for the smooth flow. Plain water is the optimal beverage that replenishes your body and doesn’t contain any chemicals or sugar. There are some fluids that can be easily tolerated like herbal teas, some fruit juices, vegetable soups, have them along with the water. But don’t mix alcoholic or caffeine drinks with it as these might trigger your gastritis symptoms.


Broccoli has a nutrient called sulforaphane, which destroys all stomach problems quite effectively. It does its job in removing the H. pylori stigma, which has become resistant to antibiotic drugs. Eating broccoli vegetables every week is recommended by doctors all over the world, even if you have a normal digestive system.


Garlic eating is a sure shot formula to drive away your gastritis troubles. It is anti-microbial and anti-fungal properties in it. Some people are not used to eating garlic in an adequate amount, start eating it in small quantities and keep increase its amount gradually, very soon you will become habitual and will not have any meal without garlic. Some people can’t eat even a small amount of garlic due to its pungent smell, they need to take garlic capsules from a renowned brand. Even these are beneficial too.

Apple Cider Vinegar:

It is a remedy that reduces excessive acid production in the stomach and neutralizes it. It also eradicates the bacteria that cause this infection. If you add a little bit of raw honey to it, it helps in greasing the stomach lining and it starts functioning normally. All you need is a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar, the same quantity of honey and a glass of water. Mix all these ingredients and stir well before drinking it. Have it once or twice a day to make your gastritis trouble fade away.

Aloe Vera Juice:

It is extremely beneficial for taking care of your plenty of health troubles, especially those related to your indigestion. It makes your stomach cool down from the heat that you are feeling due to gastritis hazards. It is filled with extremely anti-inflammatory and anti-septic properties that makes the immune system stronger and pulls out all the irritant mess from the stomach and make it smooth. Get 2 teaspoons of fresh Aloe Vera gel and a glass of plain water. Blend it and drink it, once or twice a day depends on your condition.

Chop the cabbage in small pieces so that it can easily be put into your grinder. Grind it to take out its juice and drink a cup for a single dosage. Drink 3, 4 cups a day to smoothen your gastritis troubles. You can also add s few carrots and celery stalks to your grinder while extracting the juice, making it yummy and more beneficial


Ginger is a root that has many benefits regarding your health. Chop off some slices of ginger, after peeling ginger, and soak them in a glass of water and boil. After boiling stir it very well and strain it. Drink it when it is still hot, meaning sip it, like you do while having the morning tea or hot coffee.

Adjoin & Carom Seeds:

Take a lukewarm glass of water and add some seeds of adjoining & carom to it. Add a little bit of dry ginger powder to it accompanied by a pinch of salt. Stir well and drink this glass for at least 2 to 3 times daily.
