Introduction

Impetigo is one of the most common and highly transmissible diseases which is mostly seen in children and infants. In this skin condition, red sores appear on the skin and are also seen around the mouth, nose, legs, and feet. Sometimes these sores may burst and ooze out which will then form a crust. Whereas Cellulitis is the complication caused by impetigo which is painful and results in inflammation of the affected part. It is very tender to touch and can occur anywhere on the body and is mostly seen in the lower legs. This infection can spread through blood or lymph nodes and is mostly active in warm or hot seasons. Countries like Australia and New Zealand have extreme cases of Impetigo.
