2.Tomatoes

It has a very low glycemic index so it is good for diabetic patients and reduces your blood glucose level. Tomatoes also contain vitamin C, Vitamin A, and a high content of potassium in it. A one small sized ripe tomato contains about 16 calories, 3.5g carbohydrates, 215mg potassium, 1.1 g fibers, and .8g proteins. The total amount of carbohydrates in the tomatoes affects the glucose level in the diabetic patient.
How To Make
- You can take 2-3 ripe Tomatoes and boil them for 5-10 minutes.
- Peel them, crushed and strain the tomato juice.
- Take a pan to add 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil, cumin, salt and turmeric.
- Add tomato juice and cook it for 1-2 minutes.
- You must have this one time a day.
3. Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum)
- This plant has very high diuretic properties for the treatment of various diseases. This plant is abundantly available in the region of North Africa and South Asia. The leaves and seeds of fenugreek both have diuretic properties, which reduce the blood glucose level in the body. The seeds of fenugreek are very good for a diabetic patient. Black Jamun:
- Many studies show that it improves the blood sugar level in the human body. The seeds of Jamun contain Jamboline, which inhibits the conversion of starch into sugar.
