ABSTRACT

Now a days obesity is the major issue from which many health problems occurs. Obesity is a serious condition defined by an excess fat in the body. It is the condition in which the body fat reaches an abnormal level. It is the condition which leads to certain medical problems and social difficulties for people. A person is said to be obese if his or her BMI is beyond 30. Obesity can lead to many health issues like diabetes, Hypertension, gallstones, gastro – oesophageal reflux disease, as well as psychological problems. It is the santarpana janya vyadhi. our body is made up of seven dhatus. These dhatus are rasa, rakta, maans, meda, asthi, majjha, and shukra.
