Datun have been widely used in the Indian sub-continent, the middle east and Africa since ancient times. Datun can be a good alternative to a toothbrush and also prevents oral cavity disorders. Ayurveda oral practice i.e.- holding fluid inside mouth (Gandush), gargling (Kaval) are claimed to cure oral cavity diseases and 30 other systemic disease.

GANDUSH is filling the mouth with medicated liquid in the morning and holding it for a few minutes without moving it inside the oral cavity.

Most dental problems can be diagnosed during a dental examination. During a dental check-up, your dentist will inspect your teeth, tongue, cheeks, mouth and throat.
