According to ayurveda, winter(Shishira) is  cold and chilly with a huge amount of moisture. We can identify the winter season by feeling of lethargy, these types of qualities mostly define the kapha dosha and hence winter is considered as kapha season. When the kapha dosha is maintained, it produces stability and strength to the mind and body. Moreover,  in some cases, winter also has dry and cold bears which give signs of vata dosha.   1. Hereditary (Sahaj)- The level of immunity you are born with.

1. Beetroot soup
