Ayurvedic Perspective

From an Ayurvedic point of view, when our body does not get enough food, exercise or sleep our immune system gets weak. These all factors result in an imbalance of Tridosha i.e. Pitta, Kapha, and Vata. Unpurified blood which is caused due to the sedentary lifestyle, digestive problems, consuming incompatible food items, etc. leads to lesions of the skin.

Thus to balance Tridosha naturally can be done by changing lifestyle, modifying diet and adopting herbal treatment which will treat it naturally. Ayurveda believes that any disease not only affects a particular organ but an entire body and this requires rejuvenation of the whole body. Rejuvenation can be done by Ayurvedic Rasayan to develop immunity to fight against the infections.
