In this pitta doshas is correlated to digestive fire, so if the digestive fire is hampered directly or indirectly and the required a number of nutrients are not absorbed in the proper amount. This leads to poor nourishment of rasa dhatu, hence rakta dhatu which get nourishment from rasa dhatu also decrease in quality and quantity. Thus results in aplastic anemia.
